Common questions

Can I finance a truck with new authority?
Yes. New authority owners get approved every day. You usually need more money down, often 20% or more, and you will pay a higher rate than a carrier with 2 or more years of history. A strong down payment and clean bank statements matter most.
How much money do I need to put down on a semi truck?
Used trucks usually need 10 to 20% down. New trucks run 20 to 30%. If your authority is under 2 years, plan on 20% or more. A bigger down payment lowers your payment and helps you get approved.
What credit score do I need to finance a truck?
Many lenders like to see 650 or higher. You can still get approved in the 600 to 649 range, and sometimes under 600, if you put more money down. A larger down payment is the main way to make up for a lower score.
Is there a minimum price to finance equipment?
For this lender, yes. Each single piece of equipment must be at least $15,000. That minimum is per piece, so you cannot combine two cheaper trucks or trailers into one loan to reach it.
Does this checker run my credit or ask for my email?
No. There is no email gate, no account, and no credit pull. You answer 6 questions and see your result on this same page. If you want a real approval, there is a separate 2 minute form with no credit pull.
Why are some states not eligible?
This lender does not run its program in every state. If your business is in an excluded state, the checker will tell you and suggest talking to a local bank, credit union, or equipment finance company instead.
